Glen Cole Biography
My name is Glenroy Cole. I was born in New York, N.Y. and raised on the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida. My heritage derives from my father immigrating to the U.S. from Antigua and my mother is the daughter of a Southern Minister. I am an active duty service member in the United States Air Force. During my military career, I have deployed to Iraq three times and once to Afghanistan. I attended Mississippi College (MC) where I studied Paralegal Studies from 1997–1999. While at MC, I played football and participated in the “Mock Trial” program. I played three seasons (2006–2008) of semi-professional football, receiving an invitation to play in the All Star game for my league each year.
I married my beautiful wife, LeQuanda, on June 20, 2009. My wife is as awesome as they come! She is the second of three daughters of a retired Air Force Chief Master Sergeant. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications and Master’s in Interpersonal Communications. She is currently an instructor for the College of Southern Nevada and Embry-Riddle University and previously instructed at the University of Central Florida. She is not only beautiful, but incredibly intelligent as well. I definitely hit the jackpot! Not only is she my wife, she is my biggest fan, my biggest critic, my publicist, and most importantly, my best friend! She is affectionately known by family and friends as “Q.” She is unequivocally my “soul mate.”
I believe that all men are brothers, tied up in an inescapable network of mutuality, sharing interconnected destinies. If we do not do what is right towards the least of our brothers, we are in fact hating ourselves. There is but one philosophy that we must live by, Love!
“The Minds the Standard of the Man”, Joseph Merrick — The Elephant Man
‘Tis true my form is something odd,
But blaming me is blaming God;
Could I create myself anew
I would not fail in pleasing you.
If I could reach from pole to pole
Or grasp the ocean with a span,
I would be measured by my soul
The mind’s the standard of the man.
